That is sooo great. It is wonderful my grandmother lives in a very small apt and she could use something just that size! Your mom has great talent.

If you can get the pictures you could do something like a scrap book. or lockets with a picture in it or a charm bracelet but have the charms be different things that symbolize your time. Example one be of a baby rattle then, a cup of coffee, small picture of their child, etc. Hope this helps

They both like to read how about book covers and a matching book mark? I made my mom a quilt she is a computer addict! LOL If they have an electronic reading device (Kindle, Nook) a cover or carry case should be pretty simple.

I have a friend who is the same way. I believe one year I made him a throw blanket with funny sayings on it. I guess it depends though on what he likes. It may help to know that to get ideas for you!!

I am new on here! Wire is a good idea to use in the doll to shape it some. I have no ideas right now though about what to use for the aqua color. Good luck though.
