Hi Padawan Whenindoubtsew here!! A little (maybe a lot) excited to be part of this swap  I think I have the force but it has been latent until just recently - hehe. My hubby is growing his SW collection so I have a lot of reference material. I like the look of the geekgirlsbookclub tankrgrl - may have to check that out further. I'm glad it's not too long until we find out swap partners.   

I'd love to see pictures of your collection. My boyfriend is a HARDCORE collector/retailer and loves to see pictures of other people's.

I don't have an area dedicated to Star Wars in my home either but I do have a craft wall area set up in my living room with a couple of SW hoops and a R2D2 bag I received in swaps and Yoda and Darth Vader plushies that I bought. I used to have my husband's original Star Wars figures and Millennium Falcon set up in the living room too but my daughter kept taking them down to play with them so we just let her keep them in her room to play with now.

oh ho... I had hoped to not do another swap for awhile but I feel practically obligated to do this one... 

I've used etsy, ebay, and fabric.com and had good results with what I got.  However, if you're ever in Maine, you should checkout a place called Marden's.  It's an odd lots type of place, but TONS of quilting fabrics.  Not top quality, of course, but more Joann's Fabrics' grade at really cheap prices.  I've gotten some great bundles there (enough for a baby quilt) for as little as $5.99

Also from Maine... the Marden's in South Portland is a lifesaver.

A lot of sellers on Etsy offer scrap bundles, and some even offer pre-cut 2 inch square bundles. I would hunter around there and see if you can find anything.

Thank you all so much for your lovely comments! I forgot to mention this in the OP, but the quilt is 100% flannel with low-loft batting, so it is very soft
