WrdyGrrl I love your bag, is the design that you felted on with the needle spun yarn or is it unspun?

I have a crochet dress, I wore it all the time before having my daugther. (no it doesn't fit ) but one day i'll get back into it..
It's more of a over dress than a dress but very cool

Just wondering if anyone has made the punk rock backpack.
I have just started it and was wondering if there is any advantage to kniting the back, gusset and straps in St St rather than garter.
