Here are some Christmas ATC's I made for a personal swap put together by Smmarrt!



There were only five of us so crafting was easy!  I'm super new to ATC's so I welcomed the chance to make more.

Here's the Blue/Light Blue/Silver Themed ATC that I made for gozer.  I know it's kind of cheating to post it here since it's polymer clay, but it's my 2nd attempt with clay and I'm kinda proud

Jennifer680 was open to whatever but likes natural colors.  I'm sure I took her too literally but... I still like the results.


And for kaz814 a "stained glass" nativity scene.  The internal is a hand cut atc and I used markers to color the "glass".  It's actually translucent I just put white so you could see it

I made these Mousetrap Christmas Ornaments for the Sweat Shoppe Ornament Swap!
I wanted to do different colors and slightly different techniques since 1. I love OOAK  2. It's my first project in clay and 3. I'm a Mixed Media kinda girl
I titled them "NO PEEKING".  The "trap" is fully functional and can hold several sheets of paper.

I created this 8"x10" canvas for the Wall Art Swap for WingsOfClay.

I had a lot of fun making this.  After working on it for a while, I wasn't sure which version of the puppy I liked more, so that's why it's two sided.  The rear also has a kind of shadowbox effect.

There a a few techniques: painted as well as chemical verdigris, stencil, scratchboard, handmade paper and collage to name a few.

Unusual Ornament:  Does not necessarily have to be holiday related but it CAN be.  Examples:  Bacon, Harry Potter, Monsters
   The goal is for a quick yet relaxed swap.   This is not a partner swap.  Depending on sign-ups the groups may consist anywhere from 4-6 people, so you will be crafting 3-5 items.  There are two options to help you (depending on the type of crafter that you are).  The first option is to create the same unusual ornament for all of your partners, that way you can begin crafting now.  The other option is individualizing each ornament after groups are assigned.  This will leave 2 weeks for crafting.  If the general consensus is that 2 weeks crafting time is too quick, we can re-evaluate the send out date.  Extras are NOT required: It should be discussed between partners first.

Each item should be the best representation of your work!

For those who missed the Sweat Shoppe Ornament Swap, who want more ornaments or those who like unusual items that might not necessarily go on a tree! 

Think outside of the box.  I'm thinking the themes can be widely varied. 

We would break into groups of 4-6 depending on sign-ups so that would mean that you'd craft 3-5 ornaments, all could be the same or variations on a theme or individualized (you make the call).

I would love to be in a holiday ornament swap!  I'm not sure if this is an annual swap that I just need to be patient for or if there isn't a lot of interest.  I have FINALLY gotten off of my butt and am participating in my first swap, so unless I get in on another quick one I would be unable to moderate, although willing if I can get my 2nd swap completed.

I saw a fridge magnet swap that each participant made 4 and sent to 3 people.  End result, you get 12 ornaments yourself!
