41  Some new necklaces... in Beads: Completed Projects by CraftyZary on: November 22, 2005 12:42:41 AM
And here are a few necklaces I have been doing. I have loads of beads and I am trying to use as many as possible so I have space for buying new ones  Grin so the neckaces have as many beads as possible! just the one with the rose in red and green is a little heavy, the other ones are light...

A crazy long lariat type of necklace with wooden and glass beads. The huge flower is made of beads:

AND she sent me a WONDERFUL scarf too! A scarf was on my wish list so she did a beautiful one!!!

So, not to make you jealous  Cheesy but here are some pics of the wonderful goodies!

Tons of stickers (alphabets, 3D stickers, different shapes and occasions, etc), canvas alphabet, brads...

I got my package from Jane Doe and I need to say that I am officially in love with all the great felt goodies that she sent. And as she is a felt maker, all the felt she used is handmade felt, it is all so awesome! Cheesy  Just look at the pics:

everything together:

The wonderful wet felted pouch and the wet+needle felted leafy bracelet, I love it!

Isn't it cute? 2 wet+needle felted snakes. Jane Doe, how do you make it to felt the 2 colors in spirals so that the 2 colors are not mixing together and you have perfect contrast?

An amazing needle felted scarf in great colors, and it is so soft!

A wet felted flower necklace, and it is in pink!  Cheesy I love it!

I am in love with everything, thanks again Jane Doe for the great things, you do lovely felt stuff  Smiley

This gallery is soooo full of beautiful things, everyone's crafts are amazing!  Shocked it has been a great swap, one of my favorites so far  Smiley

And I got my envelope today! I don't find the right words to express how much I love it, it is simply wonderful!!!   Writer78 sent me the most awesome, beautiful, wonderful piece of art! The title is 'One Tiny Girl' and it is an acrylic on canvas painting of my daughter, approx. 4x5 inches and it is so perfectly made, I love it!  It will have a very special place here at home.
Here is a picture of the wonderful painting and below is a pic of my daugther so you can see how perfect Writer78 made it...

Eva, thanks again! you should sooo change your name from Writer78 to Writer/Artist78, that would show the whole art inside you  Cheesy you rock!

47  Re: Favorite Fable Character Gallery!! in The Swap Gallery by CraftyZary on: September 12, 2005 01:18:52 AM
My partner (Moonshire) has received, but she doesn't have a camera, so I'll post pictures of what I made for her.  Her favorite character was Baba Yaga, more specifically Baba Yaga's hut.
I made a stuffed hut:

and a wallhanging (which is less blurry in real life):

and some shrinky dink charms of the silver birch broom Baba Yaga uses to sweep traces of her passage away, the hut, and the mortar and pestle she flies in:

That stuffed hut is adorable!!!

and everyone's stuff is amazing, you are all so creative! I am angry that I did not join this swap, all the stuff is great!

And now here are the pics of the awesome necklace and matching bracelet that I got from duifje, I am absolutely in love with it!

At the pic I am using it short, it can make 3 loops!, but with a long loop and a short one looks awesome too.  It has a heart charm and toggle clasp.  The matching bracelet is shown exactly like I received it. Now I removed 3 beads because it was a little bigger and now it fits perfectly and I simply love it!  I love the color combination and the beads used, it is so beautiful!

Thank you again duifje for this awesome set, what a great swap partner I got!  Cheesy

Finally I have the chance to post some pics.  Duifje received already her necklaces, so here are the pics of the necklaces that I made for her.

One is in hues of blue and the colorful one is a mix of chain and bought and handmade beads with flowers, butterflies and ladybugs, I did it very 'gardenish'  Cheesy You can not see it at the pic but I included alphabet beads forming her name there. Was lots of fun to do!
