I received my tiny craft from Bobolink and I am in love with it! it is just so so perfect!!!

Bobolink took good care of doing a perfect craft for me and she made me this wonderful knitted pouch with stripes in black, pink and blue and added embelishments: in one side a knitted flower and on the other side there is a Frida Tag decorated with beads and flowers in the same blue and pink colors. Isn't it awesome? and there was even a very nice handmade card which you can see at the pics  Smiley

I just LOVE it, it is PERFECT!!! Thank you Bobolink, you rock!!!

And because of reading the sad destiny of the mosaic cross and my anger with the postal service, I forgot to place the pic I was going to place...

My cross from vicouskittie arrived this morning!  The cross has an image of Frida and is decorated with milagros, glued microbeads and seed beads and at the corners it has flowers with a calavera in the center. And viciouskittie even sent me some beautiful matching Flower/calavera hairpins!  Here are the pics:

Thank you viciouskittie, I love everything!!!

I am waiting for mine, must be coming any day now!  I can not wait!
But meanwhile I can post a pic of the cross I sent viciouskittie (She received already). The pic is from the cross almost done, I just added final touches at the end but forgot to take pics after that. The pic is not too good but you get the idea

The felt fox and the pill holder are both adorable! I love them!

My partner flyleaf_lvr received today and asked me to post some pics, so here are the pics of what I made her.  She is very talented and loves mathematics, so I made her a tiny paper mix journal in a calculator-look.

It has inside some little extras like 2 envelopes, a micro-book inside one of the envelopes, and the last page is covered with chalkboard material, so it is possible to write there with a chalk too (probably just a few words because it is too tiny  Cheesy).  The pics are very bad because the cover is metallic, but you get the idea:

I hope it is of good use for you flyleaf_lvr, it was fun to make it  Smiley

Prepare to see the MOST AWESOME tiny quilt that I got today from gingerquilts! It can not be more perfect: It is made in my favorite style (mexican). The base is made in my favorite colors and is perfectly and beautifully embellished with beads, buttons, seed beads, and has a cross and 2 heart sewn. In the middle an image of Vigen de Guadalupe all sorrounded by flower sequins in pink. It is all just soooo perfect!
This quilt will have a very special place in my home.  Here are the pics, the pics are not too perfect but you get the idea:

A closeup to see the details:

Thanks again gingerquilts for this tiny quilt, a truly piece of art, I simply LOVE IT!  Smiley

17  Bead mix long necklaces in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General by CraftyZary on: March 23, 2006 06:36:28 AM
These are some of the necklaces I have been doing the past weeks. I felt like doing long pieces this time, and this is what came out. I mixed glass and plastic beads instead of using just glass because I wanted them to be light to wear, I hope you like them!

Only now I have the time to post the pics but I received 2 days ago my wonderful package from bente! she sent me soooo much great stuff! here are the pics...

A curly short scarf which I love! I am sure that there is a specific name for it, but as I don't knit, I am not familiar with all the terms. And a one skein wonder!!! yay! I wanted one since forever and now I have it  Smiley and some cute soft socks for my little girl, she loves them!

A very cool container for supplies or whatever. It is covered with different fabrics (quilted) and with a protective layer, so it can be cleaned easily  Cheesy, plus this awesome apron with the coolest fabric, I love it! and a beautiful denim bag, very spacey and comfy.

and she sent me not little pieces, but TONS of big pieces of fabric! there is corduroy, cotton, velvety fabric and some more, soooo much stuff! I am happy to grow my stash with this new ones, I have already some plans for them.

And besides the fabric, even more supplies!!!! lots of ribbon/trimmings, lots of cute buttons, beads, rings, little rhinestones, etc...

Sooo much stuff! Bente took good care of me and sent me a beautiful package. Lieben Dank fr alles, bente!!!  Kiss
