Hey, ok I went shopping today in hopes of finding a denim pleated skirt, unfortunately I had no luck, all the ones they had were minis and that's not my sort of thing...so I decided to do this, I have a pair of old capris and that I can't fit and their the perfect denim color, so I decided to take those and make a skit out of them...instea of having that slit in the back, I was going to take the capris and make it into a lower thigh size, and add a lace fabric with lining at the bottom so I can have an elegant, beachym covervative look. But I need to know how to make pleats in deim,I've never pleasted in my life, help someone, I have an important event and need to make this skirt!

I've been searching all day and haven't found a site that sells pony perl knitting needles, The shops in my area no longer carry them (I chekec their online store locator)

I saw this shirt and am in love with it; but not the price tag, its made from jersey, I want to sew on, but here's my problem, I'm not 100% sure, how theymade the edges of the shirt...here's my hypothesis they made the shirt super big then sew up the remainder for the seams on the sides and pleated them...what does everyone else think?

Alrighty,

I wanted to learn to knit, but at the time am not really 100% sure if this is something that I really want to invest in so I thought about making my own needles, till I see if I reallly like this whole thing, but then someone told me making your own can cause problems with the knitting because the needles can hook on to the yarn or end up being the worng size....is this true? any tips for helping me to prevent this from happening?

Does anyone know where I can find a pattern for sewing a bowling bag...I've got a great design for one, just no pattern to follow...please help!
