1  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Discussion and Questions / Re: Super Inspiration + Questions?? on: March 29, 2012 10:24:11 PM
Wow, I am of absolutely no help, but my goodness, those are amazing. My  crochet skills just went down like five points in my own mind...

that's seriously how I feel everytime I look at her work. I'm still trying to get myself to try out one of her patterns. Specifically one of her dragons.

This is so cute! I don't play WoW, but I love the purple.

I've seen this pattern on etsy, but many people say the designer's patterns are hard to follow. I'm hesitant to buy any of them even though they are all so adorable.

I didn't get notifications for this o.o Thanks guys!

DAH! You beat me. I watched Kuragehime a few months ago and I wanted to crochet Clara, but you were faster. I absolutely adore it, I need to make one for myself.

That is seriously a first. People always beat me to patterns lol. Here's the pattern if you'd like!http://craftyhanako.blogspot.com/2012/02/clara-spotted-jellyfish.html

I've had this up for awhile, but haven't shared it with you all. This is my remake of Clara from Princess Jellyfish.

I went to a convention and was so close to buying a Clara plush. She's too adorable! But then I decided to try to make on instead. It looked simple enough. This is what I cam up with. So happy, she is my 3rd original creation. Her pattern can be found at craftyhanako.blogspot.com

Hope you all enjoy as much as I enjoyed making her ^^
5  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Servbot on: October 31, 2011 03:14:30 AM
My group of friends are obsessed with servbots. For an anime convention they decided to scout out and buy things all servbot related while wearing the servbot helmets that took them a day to make. It was really funny/cute watching a bunch of servbots in suits walking around in a group together. All they needed was a Tron! I really wanted to make them each a servbot amigurumi for the convention next year, but could not find a pattern. After a few months I finally learned enough about amigurumi and crochet to create one. Here are a few!

A few more of my friends are going to make helmets this year, so I'll eventually make more to match.

If you'd like to make your own servbot, here is the pattern:

I'm so happy to be sharing with you. Hope you enjoy!

9  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Re: My first Amigurumi on: October 28, 2011 02:24:08 AM
It's so cute! I personally think it looks cute and different as is, but if you do decide to add something maybe a triangle nose or a white tummy? I like making small teddy bears and usually just add a ribbon.

I bought cotton yarn just to give this ago! Sounds like a great way to learn new stitches!
