31  Faux brick backsplash in Interior Decorating: Completed Projects by Momof2! on: November 08, 2011 07:42:33 PM
A few years ago, I decided I wanted a backsplash but couldn't afford a real one so I bought some paint and...waaa laaaa.. backsplash! Please excuse the old stove. I hated that thing!

32  My daughter's riding pants in Clothing: Completed Projects: General by Momof2! on: November 08, 2011 07:35:30 PM
I had the bright idea a few years ago to make some riding pants for my daughter. Had no pattern so I just kind of drew one onto newspaper and this was the result.

33  My paper mache necklaces in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General by Momof2! on: October 27, 2011 09:00:00 AM
I have recently started using paper mache to make beads. These are my first attempts at any type of jewelry, and while I have used the paper mache strips for years, this is the first time I have made and used the pulp. Let me know what you think. It's a work in progress and I am working on some now that are turning out even better. Lots of ideas in my head. We will see how they work out  Grin

Again, I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong trying to get pictures on here..I am adding a link.

34  Sock Monkey Couple in Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects by Momof2! on: October 27, 2011 05:17:36 AM
Thought I would share a picture of 2 sock monkeys I made for my daughters last Christmas. My oldest daughter already had one so I made her a girl to go with the bought one. My youngest daughter didn't have one at all so the boy is hers. The overalls were made out of an outgrown pair of pants and the girl's skirt was from a scrap of fabric from outgrown pants and an outgrown/torn sweater.

I haven't posted 10 times and so I can only post this link and hope it works Smiley
