my two year old son and I made this together.
I painted a little step stool blue and green then mod podged it. my son put his favorite stickers on it then I mod podged it again.he loves it. he uses the stool to reach the potty and sink.

The red hangy thing is a gobbler and it does have one, but maybe ill make it bigger. Maybe a top hat with a buckle would complete it.

I put this paper wreath turkey together but it seems plain, like it is missing something. It does have a gobbler if you can't see it and I do plan on adding feet. Any suggestions?

For my wedding, I made a bunch of paper cones to fill with bird seed for guests to throw at us. But when we went to the ceremony, we forgot the paper cones! So I was trying to figure out what to do with all of them and this craft came to mind. I hung it on my front door.

All you need is a bunch of paper cones, hot glue and wooden embroidery ring.
hot glue the paper cones around the ring. When you get finished gleeing them the entire way around the outside, start gleeing the second layer of cones onto the first layer and move inward with every layer
for the middle, I just added an artificial flower.

They look very cute. Will you be using the same colours at your wedding?

yes. i'm using the same colors at the wedding. the fellas are going to be wearing yellow with their tuxes, but the reception will be done up with the three colors but focusing on the yellow

while shopping at the dollar store for bridal shower gifts to give out as prizes, i stumbled across a cute matching green cup and plate. i stuck some flowers and pink plastic ribbon in the cup and put it on the plate and BOOM, my center pieces were born!

i made these up as favors for my bridal shower and stuck some candy in them.
i punched the butterflies out of yellow cardstock with the martha stewart butterfly punch.
i glued them on votive candle holders and painted the entire thing with Mod Podge that had glitter in it.
i thought these were so adorable and the guests did too

while looking at an unfinished heart box and a bin of rhinestone beads on clearance, i envisioned a cute little valentines day box for my step daughter. 

i painted the base pink and the lid red after i painted the inside white. then i coated the whole thing in glitter paint.
i dipped the rhinestones in tacky glue one by one and placed them on the trim of the lid. afterwards, i looked at it and it looked unfinished so i outlined the heart with some of the beads and i liked the final product.
my step daughter loved it so much, she made one for her best friend.
i think it's a cute little box to keep change in.

I came across this cute easter plaque at a craft store. i picked it up along with two unfinshed frames.
all i did was paint the frames to match the pink base and hot glue them to the back. i also added a little pink flower to the top. this was one of the easiest frames i've ever made.

Very simple to do:

For the bunny you need a styrofoam egg, white DuckTape, white pipe cleaners, white pom poms, black pom poms, pink pom poms, flower, tooth picks.

1. cover the syrofoam egg in 2 inch squares of duck tape until entirely covered.
2. hot glue the eyes, nose, whiskers,and cheeks.
3.for the ears, curve two pipe cleaners into ear shapes. cover with one piece of tape front and back then trim off excess. leave the bottom uncovered so you can pierce through the tape and styrofoam.
4. for the feet, cut an egg in half and cover with duck tape. connect the feet and body with the tooth picks.

top: before you pierce the egg with the ears and tooth picks, add a touch of hot glue on the ends of the ears and picks.

For the Chick you need styrofoam egg, yellow DuckTape, black pom poms, feathers, orange foam sheet.

2. glue eyes, beak, and feathers on.
3. cut out a heart shape for the feet and glue to bottom.

For the bunny you need.. a mini hurricane vase,white paint, pink foam sheet, googly eyes, white pipe cleaners, white pom poms and hot glue.

1. Paint the inside of the mini hurricane vase white.
2. Hot glue googly eyes, pom poms, and pipe cleaners to the front of the vase.
3. Cut out two ears from the pink foam.
4. Cut and spread open white pom poms and glue them to the pink ears leaving the center uncovered.
5. Hot glue the ears to the inside front of the vase.

For the Chick you need.. a mini hurricane vase, yellow paint, orange and yellow foam sheet, googly eyes, yellow feathers.

1. paint the inside of the mini hurricane vase yellow.
2. Hot glue the feathers to the sides and around the inside top of the vase. hot glue googly eyes to the front.
3. For the beak, cut out a diamond shape from the orange foam sheet, fold in half then glue to vase.
4. For the feet, cut out a heart shape from the yellow foam and hot glue.
