My mother used to call me the "adhesion queen" because I can glue or tape anything back together.

I've just noticed ya'll are talking lots about this E6000 glue and lots of ya'll are using it.

I'm about to start projects for a craft show in July and I'm going to be using swarovski crystals on my purses. I need a glue that won't goober up the fabric around the designs, but will keep the crsytals from falling off... I'm going to be usign avariety of different fabrics... silky stuff, vinyl, fake suede...

will this stuff work?
and can I buy it locally (michael's, jo-ann's, etc ?)

My husband mentioned seeing a nick and nora movie the other day while I was at work... guess I better keep an eye on TCM for that.

I describe The Minus 5 as being "Seattle post grunge power pop." They're a spin-off of The Young Fresh Fellows (Scott McCaughey being the lead singer for both) and R.E.M. (Peter Buck ususally plays bass). Depending on the night you see them (or the record you listen to) anything can happen... a bunch rock tunes, a set of space jams, songs about elvis dying in the bathroom... or a town that loses its groove supply... or (my favorite) a song about a little tiny bird who had a LOT of courage.

Having recently discovered craftster (where have you been all my life??). I've been enormously inspired by some of the projects I've seen here. In Particular, I love the embroidered Elvis Costello shirt. I decided to take a go at it myself. Here is my interpretation of the cover of "Let The War Against Music Begin, vol. 1" by the Minus 5.

I just use a piece of scrap material.

I run a hot iron over both sides of the image for about 30 seconds each. I haven't had any problems with an image washing out that way
