Im assuming you mean do i tie a little knot and thread the yarn through with a darning needle?
In that case yes, thats exactly how i do it. Takes forever and a day to get it all in, but using really fuzzy yarn and spreading the "hairs" out a tad helps with the time part.

Looks fantastic when ya get done with it though Cheesy

I've made this one up for my son. I figure since this board is getting covered in ponies anyway, why not help it get covered a little faster? hahaha. She stands about 14" tall and is made of fleece for the body, yarn for the hair, and painted on details.






I messed up her back legs a little bit, but she still stands on her own, and Hayden (my son) couldnt care less. She's become part of his bedtime stuffie pile  Cheesy
Wondered what you guys thought though, so please let me know! ^.^

wow! she looks amazing! I'm working on a luna right now too, she's ended up being black though, just because i couldnt find a dark blue/dark purple i was happy with. ::jealous:: where'd you find that colour fleece?

wow! I like how you went about doing her hair! I was thinking about brushing out some yarn and curling the heck out of it, but that looks so much better. She's really adorable Cheesy
