I've recently become a fan of the FX TV show "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia". I want to make a shirt, but am short on ideas. Any fans of the show on Craftster? Got any stencil ideas you'd be willing to share? I was thinking of something similar to the website with the sign or logo, but then I thought maybe Charlie's face would be a good place to start. Thanks in advance for any ideas.

Thanks to all the great instructions here, I made my first stencil. My friends have a band called We Wrote the Book on Connectors. They sing a song for the drummer in the bad called "His Name is Rick." I made a shirt with Rick's face and the name of the song. It came out pretty good for a first attempt, I think. Obviously the letters could be sharpened up. Those were the hardest part. I did the name of the band on the back and it didn't come out very well. It's still readable though, so I'm cool with it.
