I got 2 whole trout from Fresh Direct and made this creation.  It's stuffed with thinly sliced onions doused with balsamic vinaigrette and sage leaves and thyme.  Then wrapped with two thickly cut slices of applewood bacon and roasted in the oven for 45 minutes. Served it with gnocchi in browned butter with sage to tie it in.

This is my second attempt at a blanket.  It's not finished yet but I am loving it!  The yarn is so soft and warm.  Hopefully I can finish it before the cold comes to NYC!
