1  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Granny Square style Bunting on: August 04, 2012 12:37:20 AM
Working on another project entirely I came across how to make these rather nice Bunting shapes... I made a few more and played with colour a bit... strung them together and then Hey-Presto Crocheted Bunting!

It's a load of fun to do and as an exercise I'm writing out the pattern so that others can have a go at making this little project.

The Triangles take about half an hour at a time to make and you can make as many or as few as you want.

hope you guys like it!
2  CROCHET / Crochet: Discussion and Questions / Punk Crochet Afghan on: October 10, 2011 05:58:53 AM
http://www.craftster.org/pictures/data/500/medium/273418_09Oct11_blanket.jpg

So here's a work in progress pic of my 'Punk' Afghan that I'm working on the challenge I've given myself is to have each square in just two colours and up to the size of a ten by ten plain granny square. These squares are up till now joined in black but I may start adding in white on the next round... but then again I may not.

Each square is different and mostly made up as I go along (some are based on squares I found on the internet).

I would like it to to be bed sized but that will take some time.

Hope people like it.
