Thanks for the This Rocks you guys!

Cankle you have your eyelid on inside out! lol...

I'm near enough with the pdf so in a week or so I'll send it out to you guys if you want to have a go... it would be very helpful if you would give it a try and give me any feedback you fancy... I will be producing a US Friendly and a UK Friendly version so no conversion worries for you!

Working on another project entirely I came across how to make these rather nice Bunting shapes... I made a few more and played with colour a bit... strung them together and then Hey-Presto Crocheted Bunting!

It's a load of fun to do and as an exercise I'm writing out the pattern so that others can have a go at making this little project.

The Triangles take about half an hour at a time to make and you can make as many or as few as you want.

hope you guys like it!

Hello There! I'm gonna be part of this... I'm doing 10 inch squares and making them up one by one so that each one is different.... they are to add to what I call my Punk Crochet Blanket one day it will be big enough for a bed!

Hi there.... wonderful work on the blanket and I love the blending techniche!

I have found a chart for the motifs you have used here it's in the encycolpedia of crochet techniches by Jan Eaton  ISBN 1-84448-141-7 and she calls it fancy open work... if people are interested (and if it's not against forum rules) i could post up the crochet chart (The pattern is in Uk crochet so I thought that perhaps wouldn't be so useful here) I will have a go at something with this once I've finished my other projects... so that should be about 2023 by my reconing!

So here's a work in progress pic of my 'Punk' Afghan that I'm working on the challenge I've given myself is to have each square in just two colours and up to the size of a ten by ten plain granny square. These squares are up till now joined in black but I may start adding in white on the next round... but then again I may not.

Each square is different and mostly made up as I go along (some are based on squares I found on the internet).

I would like it to to be bed sized but that will take some time.

Hope people like it.
