2306  QUILTING / Quilting: Completed Projects / Re: Simple Sampler on: February 02, 2006 03:19:35 PM
I love the colors! It's so soft looking. You did a wonderful job. And don't feel bad about it taking 3 years to quilt. My grandma and I once quilted a quilt that had been pieced together during the depression by my Grandma, her mother and her aunt, lol, 60 years later we had a completed quilt.
2307  QUILTING / Quilting: Completed Projects / Re: Take a look at my first large quilt on: February 02, 2006 03:14:10 PM
It looks very nice. And kudos to you for not giving up but modifying your pattern instead.
2308  QUILTING / Quilting: Completed Projects / Re: bear's paw wall hanging on: February 02, 2006 03:11:05 PM
Very nice! I'd want to put in on my wall to stare at too, lol.
2309  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / The Swap Gallery / Re: Let's trade craft crap round 3 gallery on: February 02, 2006 03:01:29 PM
Yay I finally got some pictures taken(crazy camera). Thank you MsMeow for a wonderful package. This isn't everything either, theres much more but my camera died on me.
Heres the wonderful ties! I've been collecting ties to make a Christmas tree skirt so these round out my collection nicely. Also in this picture is a 70's craft book, some color stickers, pipe cleaners, ribbons and sewing notions.

Here's some of the fabric she sent me along with some edging and fringe.

What isn't pictured is more awesome fabric, some more sewing notions, some purse stuff. I'm sure I'm forgetting stuff as well. Thanks again!
2310  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / The Swap Gallery / Re: DIY craft kit round II on: February 02, 2006 02:44:37 PM
so if there is no  Smiley then you haven't heard at all from them?
Correct I've PM'd everyone last night so hopefully will be hearing back from them soon.

I hope she enjoys it!
I did enjoy it!! I set aside my sewing last night and made this cool bracelet. They're  not the best pics but you get the idea.

And another view...

I loved in your instructions the picture of you kitty with the directions to "thank your assistant". In my kit making process I had all kinds of pictures of my "assistances", lol.
