1  HOME SWEET HOME / Exterior Decorating / Yard Art / Gardening: Completed Projects / Flower Pot Birdhouse, hypertufa birdbath on: June 28, 2007 01:34:07 PM

I used a terra cotta pot and enlarged the hole. It looks like I chewed it myself, but I used a dremel tool. Then I glued the pot to a board with Gorilla Glue. I painted a floral design, and thought it looked dull so then I outlined it with Sharpie...I like this look much better!

This is a birdbath I made with hypertufa....I filled an oil drip pan with hypertufa and then pressed in a plate that I got at the Dollar Tree...the plate has a very earthy look...perfect for this project. Then I pressed pebbles around the rim.
2  HOME SWEET HOME / Exterior Decorating / Yard Art / Gardening: Completed Projects / Gazing Ball, sand cast leaf and Hypertufa Mushrooms on: June 25, 2007 02:34:55 PM

This globe is with iridescent green "blobs"

This is with the larger sized clear iridescent "blobs"

A sand cast Castor Bean leaf

Lotsa hypertufa mushrooms!

6  BATH AND BEAUTY / Bath and Beauty: Discussion and Questions / Chocolate Soap recipe....sounds yummy! on: April 08, 2005 11:48:44 AM

I saw this today on Crafters Coast to Coast....it comes on again at 5:00pm.  It sounds like a great recipe! I have wanted to make soap, but the start up is kind of expensive!~
7  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / My first duct tape purse....kind of lumpy, but fun! on: April 07, 2005 10:28:20 AM
Grin OK...this is the first time I have made one of these.....Don't laugh too hard!

As you see...the cat is not sure what to think!  I enjoyed making it and I learned about how to handle the tape better. It gave me a new idea for making another one.

This isn't really a purse...more of a tote.
8  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General / Scherenschnitte Projects on: April 06, 2005 01:07:50 PM

10  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Discussion and Questions / Air-Dry Porcelain...ever use it? on: April 06, 2005 09:31:45 AM
I just bought some....I tried making a couple roses...they were OK for a beginner, I guess, but I was wondering if anyone has used this stuff or has any good ideas for projects to make with it. Smiley
