1  HOME SWEET HOME / Exterior Decorating / Yard Art / Gardening: Completed Projects / Flower Pot Birdhouse, hypertufa birdbath on: June 28, 2007 01:34:07 PM

I used a terra cotta pot and enlarged the hole. It looks like I chewed it myself, but I used a dremel tool. Then I glued the pot to a board with Gorilla Glue. I painted a floral design, and thought it looked dull so then I outlined it with Sharpie...I like this look much better!

This is a birdbath I made with hypertufa....I filled an oil drip pan with hypertufa and then pressed in a plate that I got at the Dollar Tree...the plate has a very earthy look...perfect for this project. Then I pressed pebbles around the rim.

This globe is with iridescent green "blobs"

http://www.hgtv.com/hgtv/cr_personal_accessories/article/0,1789,HGTV_3297_3685342,00.html

I saw this today on Crafters Coast to Coast....it comes on again at 5:00pm.  It sounds like a great recipe! I have wanted to make soap, but the start up is kind of expensive!~
7  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / My first duct tape purse....kind of lumpy, but fun! on: April 07, 2005 10:28:20 AM

As you see...the cat is not sure what to think!  I enjoyed making it and I learned about how to handle the tape better. It gave me a new idea for making another one.

This isn't really a purse...more of a tote.
