This is my first attempt... could be better, but I'm mildly satisfied with it.
2  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General / Art Journal - my first try on: September 20, 2011 10:46:34 AM
After seeing everything on the paper craft forum yesterday, I had to run out get the supplies I didn't have (needles, heavy card stock) to make an art journal. I've never bound a book before and I stayed up until 2am last night finishing it up. I used watercolor paper for the signatures, four groups of two folded together, and heavy card stock for the the cover. I followed this tute for coptic binding - http://www.tortagialla.com/2010/08/16/chain-or-coptic-stitch-bookbinding-tutorial/

All the maps and faded pamphlet papers are old things my grandma had saved up, the ledger dates back to 1917 and the war stamps are from 1942. This thing was insanely fun to make, and I'm not even finished yet! Let me know what you guys think Smiley

I just started using polymer clay less than a week ago, and I am addicted already. I got the 12 pack of Sculpey Bake Shop, and so far it's working out just fine for me. Tonight I plan on making a snowcone and maybe some different cupcakes..
 Here's a what I've done so far.. comments and criticism appreciated..
