Box of Purls, I'm glad you liked the cd and pouch. Yeah, that lining is cute. I went and bought some more of that fabric. I might have to make something fun to wear this summer with it.

I left the cord for my camera at work. I will post pics and a tracklisting of what I recieved from Box of Purls tomorrow once I get it. I've been listening to the cd today. I love it!

I received from Raindrops a couple of days ago but couldn't find the cable to my camera.  I finally found it this morning, so away we go!

Raindrops sent an artwork piece with the mixed cd. Unfortunately, my postman decided to shove the package into my mailbox and it got a little bent as you can see in the picture.

I used horsehair braid in my circle skirt (don't worry it's not made of horsehair).

Before folding over the hem sew the horsehair braid along the edge, pulling the braid gently as you sew. This will help to gather the hem slightly so that it won't  pucker when you fold the hem. It also made my skirt hang nicely.
