I DIE!  You are AMAZING and I have to say, while I love all your looks, the blue polka-dot dress with the big heart cutout is my fave of this post.  Be proud of your lovely work!

The teeny potions cabinet is my favorite part.  What a sensational, thoughtful mama you are!  Clicking "this rocks," because it obviously does. =^..^= ~

I love everything you did here.  The card box and the two-tone flower were personal faves.  I'm sure it was gorgeous!

I love that you're using birdseed in yours!  No trash--just a snack for the birdies!

It's beautiful, it's tiny, it's filled with chocolate--what's not to love?

20  OCCASIONS AND HOLIDAYS / Weddings and Bridal Showers / Re: FAKE FLOWERS ARE NOT CHEAPER: A message to brides from a floral insider on: March 29, 2012 04:50:40 AM
I thought about that too.  One major advantage of artificial is that you can get the flowers done and out of the way and move on to another project.  For brides that are diy-ing and have a ton of projects planned, it seems like a huge advantage to be able to do so.  And I think the week of the wedding is so stressful anyway, it's hard to think of adding one more thing--let alone a huge project like flower arranging.

I definitely see the pros of the situation.  Like I said, this post is really meant for people who would prefer to have fresh flowers, but are unsure if they can fit them into their budget.

Did you have fun arranging the CostCo flowers?  What did you guys end up doing with them?
