I loved this picture that I took of my son playing at the beach. We were there just to walk and he looked so cute. So...I decided that it needed to be drawn. Now there is a fight in my family of who it goes to. I say it stays with me!

After searching for a halloween costume for my son we came up with this. First I tried sewing a hat/helmet but then remembered I had some random eyelash yarn the exact color of the fur I was using for the rest of his costume. Waa-laa! A monster hat.


(I also posted this + the rest of his costume in finished halloween. But thought it relevant here as well, seeing as how I could never figure out what the heck to do with novelty yarn and now I have, so I thought I would share!)

This is my first stuffed animal. My son is obsessed with them so instead of buying more we decided to make one. He named it sugarmouth and deemed that it is a superhero.
