3  BATH AND BEAUTY / Bath and Beauty: Completed Projects / Simple strawberry scrub on: August 25, 2011 02:51:17 PM
This is a super simple scrub to make. This is really lovely and smells delicious. It is great to make with leftover strawberries.

Ingredients: Strawberries, Salt

Chop up the strawberries finely or whizz them a little bit in a food processor and then add salt until you have a scrub like consistency. This keeps for ages. I was really worried when I first made it that it wouldn't last for long but the salt preserves the strawberries.

Remember despite it smelling lovely this is not a food. You can eat it but it will be very salty!

As this is my first post it wouldn't let me upload a picture so please see here http://turquoiselemons.weebly.com/2/post/2011/08/strawberry-salt-scrub.html
