Beautiful!

I had a few business magnets that I really have no use for. And a stack of Pyramid catalogs laying around. I love fairies and the artist JESSICA has some beautiful work, which having 3 kids...something would break. I used an exacto knife to cut out the pictures, mod podge the picture to the magnet. Voila... pretty magnets!!

I love them!!! how cute and original! You can do so many holidays with them! I am going to have to give it twirl! You Rock!!!

I made these two purses out of an old pair of jeans and a few old T-shirts. The Texas purse has the back pocket, which I use to put my phone in.

I went to the dollar store and picked up a few things. A Christmas wreath, severed fingers, eye balls, bats, spiders, bloody bandages, and a ghost skeleton. My husband spray painted the wreath black. I added the bloody bandages as a ribbon, and used flower wire to hold the critters down (I tried using the hot glue gun but one fell off). My husband had to add some more "blood" to it. I had fun making it and it is hanging on my front door.

So this is my first project I am posting. Many of my fella craftster's have inspired me to make my own sihouette. I choose Jack and Sally from the Nightmare Before Christmas, because my husband and 3 kids love it. That and since Halloween is so close.

I printed a picture of the scene of Jack and Sally on the hill with the full moon behind them. I wanted the light from the inside of the window to shine through. I used black construction paper, I wanted a poster board but I didnt have any and I really wanted to start on it. So I cut the outline using an exacto knife with a quilters cutting board under it. I removed the moon, and a piece of the hill so you can see that it curls up under itself. I made a few, one I taped yellow tissue paper behind it, it really makes it pop. I did one in foam, that was hard! Any ways here it is, sorry about the window!!!

Awesomeness! I would have a real hard time cutting up a comic book, but it would be worth it for a cool bangel!
