3  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / Shoppingwagon make over on: August 31, 2011 05:59:17 AM
I really dont know what you call it.. We call it dramaten and we think it very funny because our biggest theatre Stockholm is called that and "dra mat" is pulling food in swedish. I know its not funny at all for you but we swedes have no humor.

I painted it with enamel paint (that was what I had at home) And then I attached a patch!

4  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General / braided rag rug on: August 31, 2011 05:49:27 AM

Where I live there is a shop 20 meter from my house where they sell fabric for 10 swedish kronor = $1,57, 0,97
As you all can guess Im there all the time and I think I have bought over 30 meter since I moved here for 1,5 months ago..  Grin

I braided it with a usual 3 braid (I have NOOO idea how you say it in english..) and for every 7-10 cm I attached one of the strips and then continued braiding. (hope you understand, Im not very good att explaining things in english)
5  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General / lampshade makeover on: August 31, 2011 05:32:10 AM
I bought a floor lamp with the ugliest lampshade ever made so to prevent coming depression because of it I gave it a makeover.

After.

Before...

After

I used a limegreen mesh fabric and a strechy  lace fabric. For the ruffle I used something from a old skirt I killed years ago. I glued with a glue pistol.
I think it came out nice.

(I am really sorry for my poor english)
