I received this awesome hoop from kittykill! So sorry for the delayed posting of the pic - I was out of town at a conference and then played catch up at work. Anyway - I love it and can't wait to add it to my Valentine's Day dcor!

I am crazy envious of all you yarnies! The projects rock!

I'm out of town at a conference, but I managed to make a few things in the last week or so.

Set of unpaper towels for an OWS partner

Jammie pants and an embroidered shirt for a sweet friends little boy

Conference tote bags

Ok .... here's my stash. Please excuse the messy craft room - I finished 10 projects in 5 days and haven't straightened yet  Grin

Closet 1: Fabric, misc supplies on shelves and on door hanger include pictures to scrapbook, rubber stamps, paints, glass, etching, crayon making, glycerin soap supplies, and other misc items.

Closet 2: Scrapbook paper, more fabric, jewelry making supplies, snap supplies, ribbons and fibers sorted by color, and misc items -

Tub of scrap fabric and off to the left a large basket of rolls of vinyl

And last but not least: White drawers contain glues, adhesives, sewing notions, elastics, buttons, Velcro, etc. Blue containers hold patterns, embroidery supplies (stabilizers, etc), embroidery blanks, whimsys, and various bits and pieces of supplies.

Also not pictured: a cabinet full of fleece and flannel fabric, a basket of bolts of interfacing, and my kiddos craft closet in their toy room. That one has paints, glitter, markers, crayons, stickers, etc ........

Ladies, I may have a problem ......

bunny - that scarf is AMAZING! I love the yellow color - so happy!
kbrison - your cards are cool - where did you learn that technique from? I need to pull out some stamps and that looks like a fun cutout to try.
aspen - the curtains are cheery!

I was a busy gal yesterday. I managed to get 2 pairs of boxer shorts sewn for the twins, I made myself a camisole, embroidered a plush blankie for my sons "friend", and embroidered 2 pillowcases that I received in a swap. All in all a productive day!

Here a pic of the boxers - I didn't snap pics of the other items! I didn't take time to match the plaids since my boys will only sleep in these - they only took me 15 minutes to make - I was more concerned with speed vs looks on these Smiley

I love the headband gotkrose!

Did you give a pattern link, texscrapper?
Here is the link to the tutorial that I skimmed. http://beccascrazyprojects.blogspot.com/p/how-to-make-scoodie.html
I traced one of my twins hoodies to use as a pattern, and then I decided that I knew what I was doing. If I read the tutorial, I may have saved myself 30 minutes of seam ripping on the first one - LOL! I also used Sherpa on the inside instead of a second layer of fleece.

He is my sewing fail from last night - I think that I saved it well enough for my personal use! I wanted to make a reversible hobo bag (https://www.pinterest.com/pin/58546863878853442/) using one of my favorite fabrics that I have been hoarding forever! I wanted something a bit "fancier" than two sides of fabric, so I decided to use a navy marine vinyl on one side. Everything was going swimmingly, until my brain clicked off and stopped working. I decided to press the seams down with my hot iron ..... the vinyl coloring came off and got all over the top handle of the bag. I got frustrated and threw the bag on the floor, mourning the loss of my beloved fabric.

This morning, I decided to shorten the handles and use the tote as an oversized lunch bag - it's a little big for a lunch tote but will come in handy when carting around Tupperware containers .....  anywho.... here's what I ended up with

It's my last day off, so I'm off to knock out a few more projects - hopefully I won't have too many more mistakes!

I received my box from Sarasmile and it is AWESOME!

First the contents!

The cute LSU stocking along with a few other things. I love the scarf and the amazing cowl!

Next up the rest of the crafted goodies - I love them all, but do you see that little grey thing? It's my favorite. It took me a second but I finally realized it was a GLUE GUN HOLDER - WAAAA HOOOOOO!!!

And some lovely extras!

Thank you for a great swap Sarasmile!
