3  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Discussion and Questions / Re: X-Acto Knife on paper question on: September 08, 2011 06:07:02 PM
I haven't done much with freezer paper, but oh, do I love my X-Actos! Make sure your X-Acto is sharp, sharp, sharp. Like, new sharp. Also, gentle tension on the paper in areas that may be tugging. Just be very careful of your fingers. And take your time is the other thing, don't try to rush it too much.

I know that's not much, but I hope it helps!

Thank you so much! My knife is sortof old and not sharp anymore, I'll see about sharpening it/getting a new one if needed Smiley

Okay, so I've been trying to cut out a freezer paper stencil but the paper keeps getting bunched up and ripping or ripping two cut spots together. I don't know what I'm doing wrong and I really want to make a stencil. Any help is appreciated! Thank you for reading Smiley
