1  Fox ears and a tail in Costumes: Completed Projects by garoons on: September 05, 2012 07:28:21 PM
Hiya everyone!
Foxes are one of my favorite animals. I've wanted a pair of fox ears for a while now and decided to just make some myself.
I drew out the patterns, and attached the ears to a headband. I wanted to use something more discreet, but it works for a first time. Smiley

And now I have extra furry material which is so much fun to play with ^^

2  Blood Tree! in Halloween Decor and Parties by garoons on: October 20, 2011 10:44:19 AM
While I was playing Deadly Premonition for the xbox 360, I was inspired to make this little blood tree.
And recently, for Halloween, I decided to spruce it up a bit because I'd left it unfinished.

This was it before, as you can see it turned into an earring holder, which I actually think suited it quite well.

And after:

To make it a lil creepier I put a fly sticker on the alternate plain black side.

Sorry about the picture overload! Tongue

I used:
a styrofoam cube,
a tree branch,
red paint,
red tissue paper,
gel medium,
black cardstock paper,
red&black lace tape,
pins,
and a tiny bottle.

This was hard to get good pictures of, but I'd consider these truest to the colors and everything.

3  Dessert tray, super easy to make! in Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General by garoons on: October 17, 2011 07:56:59 PM
hello all. I picked up some plates at Goodwill and a candlestick at the dollar store, and this is what came out of it!

Here's another I made (one-tiered):

Obviously you don't have to use them for desserts, that's simply what inspired me to make these. I use mine for jewelry and other random trinkets which were littered on my desk.

These are super simple to make, go here: http://garoons.blogspot.com/2011/10/002-easy-to-make-diy-dessert-tray.html for a tutorial (even though it's so easy you can probably figure it out on your own! Tongue).

Thanks for looking!
