I wore a lot handmade clothing as a child during my elementry years, because my mom loved sewing. I remember enjoying all the positive attention I recieved at school for my clothing especially the dresses during the holidays. I had grown an appreciation for all things handmade and/or frugal and want to pass that to my daughter. I know she feels pretty special wearing something unique, especially when she gets to pick out the fabrics.

Wow!!! I have always wanted to build one of those victorian house kits! Seems like they would take quite a bit of time and then I wouldnt know what to do with it. What do you do with yours when your done, the seem like they might take a lot of space?

I love how pattern styles like this are so practical and last for years, especially the ones you can whip up in maybe an hour. Too cute!!
