1  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / The Swap Gallery / Re: Random swap round 3 gallery on: October 26, 2011 01:31:55 PM
OOOh! would love to see the pattern for those awesome bags!
The bag pattern is a mccalls one.  I am not at home so I don't have the number, but it is in their current cataloge.  It was really easy to make and comes in three sizes.  I made the medium sized bags for the swap.  I plan on making a bunch more for myslef and Christmas gifts.

Hello,
I received a lovely package from Homerof2.
Here are pictures of my goodies

First up Neat origami ornament

Second if a quilted ornament.  This won is cool enough that it even impressed the 18 year old boy.

Third is a neat bookmark.  AS Homerof2 said...You can never have too many bookmarks.  This one is being used in one of my text books.

Forth is this lovely doily.  She did a wonderful job on it.

Fifth is a pink gift bag.  I am trying to switch to cloth bags instead of wrapping paper.

She also sent me some fabric from her personal stash.
Thank you for the wonderful swap package.

I promise you I am not making thirty items!  LOL  No stress.  I am being guided by Trystan on what to send....All fun.

I will not have swap anxiety, I will not have swap anxiety, this is my 109th swap so I will not have swap anxiety, who cares that someone made 30 items, I will not have swap anxiety!  Yeah right, who am I kidding!  I will have swap anxiety, why did I join a swap with no guidelines??

Still have to find a box so I can get my items in the mail and then maybe I'll relax about this because it will be too late to add anything else.

All three pieces are Ottobre.
The neckline on the tee shirt will need to be redone.  I had 3 twin needles.  I broke two, one because it fit the needle plate (forgot that sewing machine resets to right instead of center) and the third one is dull and keeps skipping stitches.  I didn't want to go to the store to get another needle though.

Leggings fit her good, although rather long.

The tunic has a pocket on the front.
