I love this idea! Halloween is my favorite holiday, so I collect decorations. Might have to try it this weekend!

They're both adorable. I love the colors you used on the girly version!

I love that headband so much! Smiley    (I guess the back of my head is flat then, cause no headband stays on Sad  so that helps with the envy Tongue).

I have the same problem and it makes me sad, because there are a lot of cute crochet headband patterns! That is a really cute headband too.

I love it! I'm planning to do a button tree soon and I think I'll use this as my inspiration! Smiley

You have serious talent if you free-handed that! I love Halloween, so I think this is awesome.  Grin

I received from amycavy today.
Unfortunately, this is how it arrived:
Open and apparently there's even something missing, a tree of life pendant. If I ever see a mailman wearing one..... Shocked

That drives me crazy that someone would be so bold, unprofessional, and unethical as to steal from a package like that - there must be some recourse you can take, or complaint you can file?

tampering with the mail is a federal offense. you should absolutely do something. that is horrible and so disgusting. what is wrong with people that they need to violate the privacy and sanctity of someone else's life? i am appauled by people these days. you can't even send your mail in good faith.

I work for the PO and I have to say I get a lot of packages that are ripped open when they make it to my PO, and it has nothing to do with tampering with the mail. They arrive that way because people send heavy things in padded envelopes instead of boxes, and also they do not tape their packages adequately. When taping a package, less is not more. Packages are sorted by machinery more often than not, and need to be packed in sturdy packaging and well-taped. I can't tell you how many people use scotch tape to mail stuff. Packing tape should be used. I'm not saying this is the case with that package, but just an FYI for when you mail stuff. I know we all want the stuff we spent a lot of time crafting to arrive safely! What a neat idea! Another option is to drape some of that stuff they sell around Halloween that looks like cobwebs in a few places.

I adore it! Question about the juice box. Was it one that was one of those wax ones? You might want to look for some oil-based sealants. Although I'd avoid petroleum. Aim for something with linseed so it's food-safe.

It is the wax kind. Thanks for the info. I'll look into that!
