154  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Coffee Mug on: July 05, 2011 09:43:09 AM
I made this guy awhile back. I got the pattern from Ana Paula's Blog found here: http://amigurumipatterns.blogspot.com/2009/03/little-cafe-con-lech-cup-from-amigurumi.html

Green is my favorite color so of course I would crochet in that color! I filled it with coffee beans instead of stuffing to make it into an air freshener for my mom's car. She loves coffee.

Hope you enjoy! Comments are very welcome!  Cheesy
155  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Re: Nyan Cat Coin Purse on: July 03, 2011 07:55:02 AM
What I did was I sewed the zipper to the lining first and then used the extra fabric on the side of the zipper to sew it to the crocheted part. I only wanted on seam to be visible on the inside and I didn't want the extra zipper part seen on the inside as well. I also embroidered the sprinkles instead of crochet them in (I'm sorta lazy haha)
156  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Pj Bunneh on: July 02, 2011 07:22:58 PM
Hello again! Here is a picture of the PJ bunney in Ana Paula's Amigurumi Two! I tried to make it punky instead of the baby colors that were in the book. I thought it turned out quite nice. Everything was done in the round in single crochet. The inside of the ears and the nose are felt. I attached it with tacky glue (it didn't quite work for the nose later in bunny's life, but I still love her!  Wink)I hope you all enjoy!  Cheesy

160  SEWING IN GENERAL / Machine Embroidery: Completed Projects / Machine Embroidery for Father's Day on: July 02, 2011 06:23:15 AM
Hello! I whipped this out with my embroidery machine for Father's Day. I didn't know where exactly to put this post because I feel the needlework section was for hand embroidery. But anyway, He likes the shirt a lot and I hope you do too! I got this pattern from UrbanThreads. I basically just got a plain shirt from Walmart that needed some jazzing up and Viola!

Here you go!
