My tea wallet:

My traveling sewing bag:

It's got a little designer label on it!

And hand made card!! Inside it says:

I hope you enjoy your gifts! Sorry about the small box...it's all I had! Anyway, your pillow monster is ready for Halloween. The tea wallet can be used for more than just tea. The boxy pouch I use as a travel sewing kit and to hold my extra feet for my machine! Happy crafting!!

Thanks so much Rachel! I can't wait to use the tea wallet!

Here's my pumpkin from last Halloween. I had a hard time figuring out exactly what it is I wanted to do. Then it hit me! DOMO!!

I thought it came out pretty well considering I just printed a picture out of him and taped it on the pumpkin.
Hope ya'll enjoy!

140  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / Dachshund puppy!! on: September 08, 2011 06:26:36 AM

This is my first try at some 3D toys. I usually make flat things, so this was going a little out of my comfort zone, but all went well!! My mom loves dachshunds and I had a fabric print with dachshunds. So naturally I would have to make a little dachshund out of dachshund print fabric!

So there you have it! I got that pattern from the book Palm-Size Softies: Patterns and Ideas for 44 Stuffed Pets and Dolls That Fit in the Palm of Your Hand by Hitomi Takahashi, Mikiko Matsui and Akemi Tsubo.
