1  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Re: Cinderella (Beaded Embroidery) on: August 02, 2014 04:57:54 PM
Thank you very much for the kind words everyone!

I'm planning my next projects now and they will again be fairytale based. I just need to get a ton of sequins. Smiley

Hello everyone!

This took a few months to do. I'm quite pleased with the results of experimenting with other beads and sequins.

Thank you for looking!
3  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Christmas Candy Wreath on: December 22, 2012 08:31:37 AM
I used a Bucilla kit and I definitely tweaked some of the patterns and added more beading. I made it just in time to hang today on our door for Christmas. Smiley

Thanks for looking!

Shocked absolutely stunning  Shocked

BTW, this rocks!

Thank you so much!

I could eat it!

Amazing.
I would never be patient enough to make such a heavily beaded craft. I will just admire yours.

Thank you so much! I thought I was being a masochist when I started beading the path but I can't see it being done any other way.

Words can not express how beautiful this piece is!! You really did an outstanding job!

Thank you so much!

I love following your work...so detailed and the work itself is just exquisite...the lollipops are just so mesmerizing...

I vote for Aladdin...but I know whatever your next story, it is going to be just as amazing, if not more so!

Thanks for sharing your talent!

Thank you so much! I am torn between Briar Rose and making another Alice piece. I think I may do Snow Queen afterwards.

This is really stunning and looks utterly delicious!
Oh, boy - all the work you must have put into this...

Thank you so much. When I finished, I realized it was worth it and I am not insane for doing so much beading, lol.

Your beadwork is fabulous!  That is a wonderful piece!   Please keep up the awesome work.  The candy corn look really neat, I love the lollypop trees as well- the bead swirl that forms them is just perfect!

I bet a Snow Queen piece would be gorgeous- but maybe Briar Rose or Aladdin would be better to make during the winter.  (I get sick of making something where I'm looking at more snow and ice when it is covering the ground outside.)
I can't wait to see what you create next!

Thank you! I am thinking of the Snow Queen often and how I need to execute it. I need to find the right fabrics....

I am amazed at the amount of work you put into this. It is beautiful.....and it rocks!

Thank you so much!

WOW!!! That is amazing.

Thank you so much!

I have been slaving over this piece for three months now. Due to recurring migraines and shoddy health, it was only recently that I have finished it. This is heavily beaded and I am quite pleased at how it turned out.

Thanks for looking. I haven't decided what to work on next. I am torn between Aladdin, Snow Queen, and Briar Rose.

Thank you! I used Procreate. I love how intuitive it is.

I have been away from my embroidery because I have found a new groove with illustrating on the IPad. I got returned to my illustration roots. This piece is called Wooded. I used a wood grain background and did the illustration on top of that. I am currently working on a piece over a faux granite background.
