You might want to save that thread just for projects that have heavier beads. I've had similar problems with a type of thread I have; now I use it just for those particularly large unique beads I have that provide enough weight to stop any twisting.

I think you can go with any stain or paint. Just be careful while doing it. Remember you have to paint over it.

Loom beading takes a lot of time unless you have hands on experience with it for a good time. It was quite time consuming for me so I opted for other options.

You can start with making round shapes of beads. Then start getting creative; there is a big scope in the variety that you can get out of your work. Try anything you like. Best of luck Smiley

That is a lovely piece. You have used the combinations so nicely; it really goes with the design.Swarovski is quite expensive though.
