1  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Gaz (Invader Zim) Knitting Chart on: August 04, 2006 06:43:07 PM

I created an intarsia knitting chart of Gaz, from Invader Zim. I am posting it to share with whoever would like to use it. To get the full sized image, go to this entry on my blog http://knitlani.blogspot.com/2006/08/gaz-chart.html.

I created the image with Paint Shop Pro 8 and my very own hands. It took me over two hours to fill in the little black squares. OIY!  Tongue The original was done in pencil, as seen here...  http://knitlani.blogspot.com/2006/08/doom-curse-you.html

Ok, I hope the image works on here...Happy Knitting!  Grin
2  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Rainbow Halter Top on: June 08, 2006 09:04:46 AM
I don't crochet too much anymore. I was a crocheter before I learned to knit. Knitting has taken over, for the past 3 years. I decided that yesterday, I would crochet a halter top for my oldest daughter, for summer. It took me one day from beginning to end. I forgot how much fun it is to crochet.

Sorry, for posting the link to the photo, rather than the photo itself. I hope this is okay?

Oh yes, the details of the top are on there too.

Thanks for looking.  Grin

3  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / My Knitting Olympics Knee Socks on: February 22, 2006 02:12:46 PM

This is my first "sharing" post. I am usually busy commenting on other knitter's knits. I finally am getting up the nerve to share. The above pictured socks are my Knitting Olympics Knee Socks. I finished them yesterday, ahead of schedule.  Cheesy The Specs on the socks: the pattern is my own. I used 3 skeins of LB Wool Ease (2 skeins Blue Mist, 1 skein Blue Heather) and # US 4 dpn's. I think they turned out pretty good. The socks are warm and perfect for cold days when a girl just HAS to wear a skirt.

To read more and see an extra picture of the socks, visit my weblog.

Thanks for looking.
