I really like the way you work with tattoo design and use colours, it shows in this piece to. What technique do you use to color your designs and dye the aida fabrics?

Anchor, not because I prefer it, they sell it in the craft section of the drugstore I frequent.
I was planning switching to DMC, but after reading this thread it seems like Maderia is the better brand?

I just single crocheted the case in black and then used a couple of tatting patterns as references for my string of clovers. I'm happy with it, though I may end up making another and another and another...there's nothing wrong with too many Phone cozies, right?

No . You can make one for every purse. And if you don't have many purses it's a good excuse to make some, hehe!
Tatting looks interesting, I might have to try it if the results will be as beautiful as yours.
