Nice to see you posting your work. I dicovered your blog a few days ago via another blog and saw your video on thisishandmade. Please tell me you speed up that video because if not I am in serious envy & awe of your stitching speed! Cheesy
I really like the way you work with tattoo design and use colours, it shows in this piece to. What technique do you use to color your designs and dye the aida fabrics?

I have been waiting for someone to use that freebie and I think you did a wonderful job, I feel inspired!
Which stitch did you use for the letters?
5  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Discussion and Questions / Re: What brand of floss do you use? on: July 03, 2011 05:55:07 PM
Anchor, not because I prefer it, they sell it in the craft section of the drugstore I frequent.
I was planning switching to DMC, but after reading this thread it seems like Maderia is the better brand?

Has anyone tried both this technique and fabric paint with embroidery and can compare the two? Which one is better/easier to work with?
8  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Re: Needle tatted and crocheted iPhone Cozy on: June 16, 2011 02:09:14 AM
I just single crocheted the case in black and then used a couple of tatting patterns as references for my string of clovers. I'm happy with it, though I may end up making another and another and another...there's nothing wrong with too many Phone cozies, right?

No Cheesy. You can make one for every purse. And if you don't have many purses it's a good excuse to make some, hehe!
Tatting looks interesting, I might have to try it if the results will be as beautiful as yours.
