1  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Discussion and Questions / Where can I find a 7" diameter plastic hemisphere? on: September 29, 2006 07:34:08 PM
Besides online, I don't have ready access to a credit card. Thanks in advance.
2  CLOTHING / Clothing: Discussion and Questions / How would I go about painting this? on: July 29, 2006 08:46:28 PM
So I came back from a painting class full of learning and techniques and extra acrylic paint. I want to try to paint some of my old clothes, t-shirts, jeans, and the like.

How do you think I could go about doing this? I know acrylics never come off of clothing, but it tends to be stiff when left on.

Any ideas? Thanks.
3  CLOTHING / Clothing: Discussion and Questions / Bending but not Breaking on: September 14, 2005 09:19:09 PM
I go to a magnet school in Orange County so our school adheres to the dress code because they're afraid we'll wear something 'gang affliated'.

Mmmhmm...our colors are red, white, gray, and blue. We are to wear collared blouses of those colors. Our pants have to be khaki or navy blue. Red and white is a color fought over so I'm not entirely sure if it's allowed or not.

The corseted polo is getting a little old for me, does anyone have any ideas to alter or reconstruct a polo?
4  MORE ART, LESS CRAFT / More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works / Orphan in Pencil on: August 16, 2005 05:11:25 PM
Drawing in color pencil. Sorry it's sideways and the color is dulled due to the poor quality of my digi cam.

Less magnificent than Moulin Rouge Sharpie pants by Banana Ambush but I'm still somewhat proud of them all the same. Favorite songs from Phantom of the Opera. This is my practice procrastination work.

It's when I try out my hand at a craft when I should be doing my English homework.

6  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Starburst Visor on: April 10, 2005 05:59:01 PM
Lately, this seems to be the only materials I'm using. Probably going to cost me a fortune in dental work but I still love it.

It's mod  podged because I'm wearing it for swim pictures and hoping it doesn't get completely wet. It matches my tie.^^

Didn't come out the way I wanted but I'll add more on when I have more time.

Feedback please.
7  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Starburst Tie Photo! and Earrings on: March 27, 2005 04:19:22 PM
Starburst has so many pretty colors so after I finished my belt, I thought I might do some other accessories.

It's my duct tape dummy modeling because I'm not coordinated enough to balance the camera while wearing it.

I'll post the earrings up later.

Now the earrings

Yay!
