1  CROCHET / Projects from The Happy Hooker by Debbie Stoller / Garden Scarf Question on: November 12, 2011 07:54:26 AM
Ok, I know this topic has been brought up to death, but I just still can't figure out how to join my flowers.  I think I am following the instructions properly, but I am just getting a bunched up look where they are joined.  Does anyone know of a video that  may show what they mean when they are joining these flowers, cause I keep reading things but its just not sinking in.  I really don't want to have to frog it all but I am at that point frustration wise.
2  CROCHET / Crochet: Discussion and Questions / General Sizing Question on: November 11, 2011 08:21:51 AM
Hi everyone!  I have what I hope is a simple question.  I bought a book with patterns of dresses to crochet for little ones.  Problem is, the sizes only go up to 12 months and my baby girl turns 1 next month!  Is there an easy formula for knowing how many stitches to add to increase a size?

6  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Discussion and Questions / Felt Halloween on: September 13, 2011 07:57:26 AM
I am looking for patterns for Felt Halloween decorations and hopefully some sort of "playset" for my kids.  Like with little goblins, witches, spooky trees, etc.  Any one know of any place I could purchase or find these online?  I've done a search but couldn't really find much.
7  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Discussion and Questions / Japanese Felt Book on: September 07, 2011 08:15:35 AM
I just got a Japanese Felt book, I am totally confused now though.  Do I just trace the patterns, cause some have measurements, but some do not, so I can just copy what is in there and try to piece it together that way, but I wasn't sure if that was the correct way to do it.  Thanks.
8  CLOTHING / Clothing: Discussion and Questions / Question about Simplicity Patterns. on: September 02, 2011 09:13:00 AM
I see on their site there are two lines, one called Sew Simple and one called It's So Easy.  Which of these would be best for an ABSOLUTE beginner?  Thanks!

10  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Discussion and Questions / Amigurumi/Plastic Canvas Kingdom on: May 18, 2011 02:06:40 PM
I am interested in making a "kingdom"  I want to make a castle, all the accessories etc from plastic canvas and dolls with crochet.  I can only find the pattern for the Barbie Plastic Canvas castle and that is way too big and too much for me.  Anyone have any patterns they have designed of castles/kingdom type things and medeival dolls?
