GumShoe on south street in j.p. is good for boys, they're across diagonally from Harvest.

*does anybody remeber bobby's of boston in the south end on thayer street?  i'm going to look them up & see if they're still around... they were amazing...

we go down to chinatown when we're looking for a quick fix for fabric... windmill is has good prices, and if you wander around a bit, you will find places tucked away in every corner... the best thing to do is to somehow find a car (if you don't have one) and drive up to joann fabrics on rt.1 on the north shore.  you can save so much $$$ and they have so much more than the shops around here.
