Oh I love this! Beautiful detail and colors.

I remember when I watched Tremors, I was much younger with an overactive imagination. I didn't so much as stomp the ground for a month at least haha

24  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Re: Pikmin (now with pattern) on: August 11, 2011 10:30:55 PM
You've brought up some sad memories, being unable to find one of my pikmin before nightfall and seeing it gobbled up, discovering which pikmin couldn't swim and being unable to rescue them before their little ghosties came up..Lmao I loved that game soooo much. Think I may have to make a couple of these!

26  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Re: "That's a very nice Creeper you have there..." on: July 13, 2011 09:23:10 PM
"Why did the sheep vanish? Oh is that one? ...Why is it hissing? OHGAWD" <---My first reaction with a creeper, followed by horrifying events when I hid in my surprisingly easy to blow up house.

I love this! Would be perfect to sit on one's shoulders at a con or two haha.

As far as keeping the sabers straight have you tried a piece of wire then mold clay around it? Could help there.

I LOVE the tentacle >w< The color, the curl, and the suction pads, my favorite! Are the charms in the middle L4D health packs? Those are too cute as well! I love what you've done here, all of them, good luck with the convention! Hope everyone snags them all up!

The hat looks good! What size yarn and hook did you use? I've not made anything for my dolls yet because I've been having trouble finding small enough hooks/needles.

Actually that's the beauty of it! I used a size F/5 (3.75mm) hook and "regular" yarn for it. Caron Simply Soft. By regular I mean just the kind you see hanging around Walmart and such. I'm not knowledgeable about yarn types but I believe it was worsted yarn.

I have trouble finding patterns that don't require you to use a tiny yarn and like 3strands of sewing thread wrapped around itself x_x, and most were for girl dresses and things.

Edit: I just tested the pattern I wrote with the second cap, looks the same, so posting pattern above so nobody else has to share my frustration when trying to alter a human sized pattern. I am not good with numbers, shrinking, ect.
