I don't really have a lot of experience w/ decoupage.  Would it work on a padded surface like this?  It would be kinda cool.  Maybe a bunch of different words from magazines that describe themes.  I was thinking of adding some fancy trim or something to add to it.

Yeah, mine too!  I started at the very tail end of May, so I don't count it.

I was so worried that my scrapbookie style wouldn't go over well, and its nice to see that others do it, too.  I did do my first watercolor that I didn't use masking fluid to make.  I totally free-handed the poop out of it!  It hasn't gone out yet, but I'm super excited for my partner to get it!

Hehe that's an awesomely tacky card!  Great job!  What a fun theme!

I received a couple ATC's this weekend.

First from jmiller614 (our wonderful organizer) for my wine theme.

The camera washed it out a little, but it is super cute drawn card!  Right from the bucket to the glass!  Mmmm, wine.  In the process of trying to get pregnant, I'm really starting to miss wine.  My husband and I have started to really enjoy it, and he finds wine all so fascinating. 

And from zkatom for my Katamari Dymacy theme:

Here is my super cute decorated headband.  It has black chain, a really cute heart w/ wings bead, and some more wings.


Bobby pins w/ danglie wings!  I wore the big one immediately after I got it for the rest of the day.  I <3 it!  Here I am at work wearing the poop out of it!  (Sorry for the icky phone picture)


Next up, a shiny tulle flower clip w/ little rhinestones.  Its so shiny and sparkly!  I can't figure out how she made these little flowers!  They are so cool!

Unfortunately the postal system crushed the shell that was attached to the picture... I tried to salvage it and did a decent job, but I think next time I am at a beach I will look for a small shell to cover the splotch I accidentally created  I still love the picture (and ATC) though! The picture is ontop of some wonderfully textured cardboard and really reminds me of being on a beach. Thank you jillybeans, and if you have a pic of it with the shell please post it 

I cannot believe I didn't take a picture of it before it left.  I always take pictures!  I'm so baffled!  I think I might mail you another shell, this time super protected.  I have a bag of shells that I brought back w/ me.  ^_^
