11  Baby Boy Layette Set For Friend's First Baby in Crochet: Completed Projects by just1morestitch on: November 21, 2011 09:03:08 PM
Here is the set I made for my friend's first baby. I started out with the two colors - tan and light blue (sorry only the bootie pic seems true to life).  Then I decided on the baby blanket pattern and then added the circle motiff to the sweater and it was a lucky find for the booties - they already had the circle motiff on the vamp!

Here are the pattern sources:
Sweater and Bonnet: Simple Baby Sweater Set from Lion Brand Website (a complete breeze to crochet and put together by the way.  The pattern lends itself to embelishments and changes.  I decided to turn down the collar.)

Booties: Colorful Booties from Annie's Atti Leaflet 874050 Precious Baby Booties (minus all the color changes!)

Blanket: Crochet Lullaby Afghan from Red Heart Website (I made less squares for a smaller blanket).

12  I'm Looking at YOU! in Amigurumi: Completed Projects by just1morestitch on: June 08, 2011 07:47:49 PM

I made this sweet little monster from Bernat's free pattern.  I used RH SS yarn.  The only modifications I made was I made the eyes different lengths and used buttons instead of embroidery for the eyes.  It's for my daughter.  I've made three others (different monsters - there are 4 to pick from) and they are all easy to make!  I hope you like her!

13  Baby Bib and Wipe in Crochet: Completed Projects by just1morestitch on: June 08, 2011 07:40:38 PM

This little bib is made from the free Lily pattern off their website and is made with 100% Cotton Lily yarn in pastle multi colors.  The wipe is just a square with the bib trim put around it.
