2  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: JOODITO made micro minis and such... on: November 09, 2007 06:54:52 PM
OMG! I <3<3<3 these. I would totally wear the jackets. It is getting so cold here in NYC, so your jackets are perfect--stylish and functional! Kudos! I wish I had half the creativity and talent that you have.
3  HOME SWEET HOME / Pet-Related Crafts: Completed Projects / Re: My ferret, Tonics Halloween Costume on: October 31, 2007 01:49:46 PM
I don't think i've ever seen a cuter ferret or a more fitting costume. brilliant!
4  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Re: "Girls on the Make" bracelets on: October 31, 2007 01:44:15 PM
These are fabulous. I want some.

I don't really understand what "on the make" or "on the pull means", but they're gorgeous!
5  Halloween / Halloween Decor and Parties / Re: Halloween Cupcakes - mummy-licious! on: October 31, 2007 01:39:45 PM
These are so awesome. I saw some mummy cupcakes on Martha Stewart Living website, but your creations are cuter--much more colorful.
6  Halloween / Halloween Decor and Parties / Vegan Zombie Cupcakes on: October 31, 2007 01:34:46 PM
Yesterday, I baked these vegan zombie cupcakes using the following recipe from VegWeb.
http://vegweb.com/index.php?topic=12880.0
They were a hit at the Farm Sanctuary Halloween party!

Batch one looks like they'll eat your soul:

Batch two misleadingly looks much friendlier, but don't trust them--they'll eat your brains.
7  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Re: embroidered buttons on: October 23, 2007 10:44:02 PM
These are all so gorgeous and they really look great together!
8  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / Re: And now for something completely different - zombie penis! *mature* on: March 03, 2007 11:04:57 AM
This is one of the funniest and most original things I've seen in a while. Zombie Penis...Ha! I'd never think of this! Awesome!
9  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / Dolls: Cracky Poo Linusito & Smoking Parakeets on: March 03, 2007 10:58:10 AM
My friend and I have a running joke that my wacky cat Linus is a crackhead. This inspired me to make a cracky poo Linusito doll.

Around the same time, I also made these smoking bird dolls, which are inspired by my parakeets:

I made these dolls nearly a year ago, but I figured posting them here would motivate me to construct more dolls.

All three dolls are made of old and beloved clothing and towels.
10  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Apron from bathrobe and bedsheet on: March 02, 2007 10:21:46 PM
This is the first project I'm posting here. I love this forum and am so happy and proud to finally post something! Grin

Yesterday, I made this apron from a fitted bed sheet I purchased at a thrift shop (outer floral fabric) and my old bathrobe (violet fabric on reverse). I had some trouble constructing this because I changed the design plan a few times, but after a few modifications I ended up with an apron that makes me wanna bake all day!
