the yarn is handspun, and i got it on etsy.

i am a yarnoholic hahaha... seriously dropped like $200 on a basket of it a couple of months ago. at least i'm all stocked up for the winter!
3  REUSING/RECYCLING/RECRAFTING / What the heck can I do with THIS? / Re: Altoids tiny tin, use it or save it? on: November 26, 2011 08:15:07 PM
i absolutely love little tins for
a) keeping little treasures in that may otherwise get lost
b) mini sewing kits for travel/ every day use
c) making little shadowboxes! you could collect a bunch of them and make a little collection of little dioramas, and even decorate the tin lid to make the inside a little more interesting too Smiley

5  MORE ART, LESS CRAFT / More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works / Re: Melted crayon painting- Phoenix on: November 26, 2011 08:09:07 PM
this is fantastic. nowadays i'm seeing a lot of melted crayon art, but they are all really simple.
clearly, you had great control over your medium in this. truthfully, i would've gotten way too frustrated to finish a project like this haha

so i guess what i'm trying to say is... AWESOME

a project i completed a couple of months ago  Grin

she is made with this amazing yarn that i bought on etsy.com
she is a part of a small series of plushy yarn projects that i'm working on
(since i havent posted very much, i will have to post links to the pictures for now)

whenever i can actually post photos, i'll go in here and put them up.

i am VERY proud of this, especially since the yarn is so amazing.

feedback?
