Sounds yummy! I would have never thought to add cream cheese to lasagna and I'm sure it gave it a wonderful texture to the cheese.
vegetarian lasagna was one of the first things I made successfully when my husband went vegetarian. We cut out the riccotta cheese though as it is a little too rich for his stomach. We use tofu in place of the riccotta and it still tastes soooooo good!
