11  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Woldorf inspired toy swap on: July 21, 2011 06:00:31 PM
Any interest for making woldorf toys?  You know the dolls, wooden toys, wool things etc.  I wonder if anyone wants to take this one on?  I would definately join, but I am not up to organizing a swap yet.

12  FIBER ARTS / Felting: Completed Projects / tiger book mark on: May 16, 2011 02:57:02 PM
I recently made this for the Ongoing Wish Swap.  He is a needle felted tiger bookmark.  He swings from his very own very long tail and keeps your place in your favorite book.  I had so much fun creating him!

13  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Beads: Completed Projects / pin the time on on: April 27, 2011 11:07:00 AM
What a fun project this was!  I plan to carry pins and beads around in my purse so any time I have to sit and wait for something I can be stinging the pins.

what color combination do you think would go well together for another one of these?
14  OCCASIONS AND HOLIDAYS / Easter / happy easter everyone on: April 24, 2011 01:26:55 PM
HAPPY EASTER!  These are eggs we gave away to the grandparents.  My kiddos had a lot of fun doing them, even the 2 year old!  Eggs, Modge Podge, and tissue paper.  fun fun fun

15  BATH AND BEAUTY / Bath and Beauty: Completed Projects / fishy soap on: April 18, 2011 04:40:32 PM
These were a fun soap I made for a swap.  This was actually the first time I had done this kind of soap: melt-able glycerin. I usually make goat milk soap, shampoo bars, and a few other cold process soap bars that take at least three weeks to cure.  This was a fun quick soap that I included a surprise inside.  A fish!  I scented it lime!

I will do this a little different next time.  The fish made the soap want to split and I had about half the batch do just that.
16  FIBER ARTS / Felting: Completed Projects / flower felt pin on: April 06, 2011 08:55:24 PM
My 8yr old started this pin and I finished it.  I thought it turned out rather nice.  I think we'll give it to my mom for mothers day.

17  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / beaded pins on: April 06, 2011 08:49:06 PM
I made these little pins some time ago and only recently got pictures of them.  Some bunnies, cow, sheep, duck, heart, and flag.

18  OCCASIONS AND HOLIDAYS / Easter / Easter bunny pins on: March 22, 2011 10:41:33 PM
So these are a pretty quick felt and glue project.  Throw in a little stitching and poof.

19  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / heirloom stick horse on: March 21, 2011 03:26:46 PM
I made these several years ago when I only had one kid. Now I have four kids so they have a herd now to run around with.  These took FOREVER to make.

20  BATH AND BEAUTY / Bath and Beauty: Completed Projects / duck soap on: March 21, 2011 03:21:53 PM
These are fun soaps the kids and I made.  I didn't make the actual soap for the duck like I do with my other soaps.  This was just the glycerin kind you buy at the store to do fun projects with.
