1  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: General / Re: You used to change a diaper on THAT? on: July 30, 2011 12:18:19 PM
This is amazing. It looks so great in your kitchen. A very unique piece! There is nothing better than transforming what you have into what you need. Awesome job.  Smiley

You've definitely inspired me to paint some of my own furniture, which currently is rather ho-hum.
2  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: Ugly old bureau to fabulous zebra :) on: July 01, 2011 09:50:33 PM
This is awesome. Looks fantastic!  Smiley

I'm getting ready to go on a marathon of furniture painting myself. Having never done it before, I'm hoping my results will be, at least, half as good as yours!

I could never eat this! I'd put it in a hermetically sealed glass box, and arrange it in a place of honor. I mean, this is amazing. It's just like the one my great grandmother had.

The cake sounds like it would be really delicious too.  Smiley
4  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Re: Granny square parasol on: June 05, 2011 10:33:38 AM
I love this. The parasol is perfect. But, I must admit, what I really love is your whole outfit!  Cheesy
5  HOME SWEET HOME / Exterior Decorating / Yard Art / Gardening: Completed Projects / Re: hearty seed bombs for guerilla gardening link to tutorial on: June 03, 2011 02:21:00 PM
I love the heart shapes! So apt.  Cheesy

I've done seed bombing myself, but only with balls, and in a more controlled way, i.e. native plants/flowers dropped in a specific empty lot. You can do some edibles this way too.

I've never thought to do the heart shape, though. It's so perfect - giving back some love to the earth.

Love the woodland theme. And you did such a lovely job.  Smiley

I kind of want one for myself ... but, then, I wonder what my dating prospects would be like if I entertained in a woodland themed bedroom.
7  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: My Infinity Dress! on: June 03, 2011 01:44:26 PM
Good job on it - looks great on you!  Smiley

I need to get myself motivated and finally make one of these. It's been on my "to do" list for ages.
8  CLOTHING / Clothing for Curvaceous Craftsters: Completed Projects / Re: I look like a parade float on: June 02, 2011 05:51:11 PM
First, I love your rubber duck collection.

Second, I like how, in the photo, your shirt matches the paper lanterns. It does make it seem like a celebration, but in a good way!

Third, I do love your top. I don't think you look like a parade float. Like others, I say add a belt, and go rock it out.  Smiley
9  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Re: Some of my best friends are Republicans on: June 01, 2011 11:20:10 AM
This is very cool. I love the stitching, and how unexpected the words are in contrast to the flowers.
10  HOME SWEET HOME / Interior Decorating: Completed Projects / Re: While the City Sleeps ... on: May 31, 2011 05:12:13 PM
I love this. Very unique.

May I come live in that room?  Wink
