Anyhow, onto the kimonos







My kimono is based off of the My Little Pony character Twilight Sparkle for the designs.





I also borrowed Cherries-pop's obi for the pics cause mine isn't quite done yet.  However, its not about the obi for this post. 

I'm sure my tying techniques will get better the more I practice

I made this one for a friend of mine over xmas.  I even had my sister pick up the hufflepuff house crest to attach to the scarf when she went to the Fan expo (In Toronto Canada, usually the second weekend in August if I remember correctly)

This quilt was a spurr of inspiration.  Those summer nights out camping, and the sparks from the campfire. Hanging out with friends, and remembering the Van Halen song.

Some of the quilt, especially some of the sparks glow in the dark with glow in the dark sewing thread.   I will take a black lighted shot at some point.

It took a bit to save up all the selvedges.  About 90% of the selvedges on this quilt are from my own stash.

I realize I don't have a decent photo of the finished project, but there is a shot on the video at the end of a completed sock on my foot.  

This is to breathe new life into your old socks, ones that are worn out, or dont quite fit properly.

My friends asked if I could make them something for their tree that was 'less creepy' than an eyeball....so I made them a Cthulhu knitted plush treetopper.  The wings, arms and tenticles were crocheted, but the main body was knitted.

I just finished this little guy.  Just so you can get a size reference, the face is 2 inches wide, the body is 1.5 inches wide by 4 inches tall.  The feet are 1 inch high.  Made out of flannelette

I made one of these for a friend.....now everyone I know wants one...lol

ITS DONE!!!  Granted there are still chalk lines, but its done!!!!



It only took me two years.  I had to do alot of hand sewing in the blocks....and piecing together the black strips was....painful.



Im just glad it looks so good!  This is my first queen sized quilt.  My bed is a queen size, and it covers the top of the bed nicely.

This is a gift for my dad.  He knew I was making it.  It just took longer than I expected

I apologize if this is not the right place to put this in, but I believe this could be loosely considered costume clothing.



I designed and carved the roses and the border, as well as dyed and finished the cincer.  Its made from 7 oz vegetan leather.  Mainly created for LARPing, but I also intend to use it for Steampunk as well.
