21  Please help me identify this yarn in Knitting: Discussion and Questions by Flareon on: May 15, 2005 12:43:49 PM
I wish to take up knitting, and I found this scarf to be an inspiration to get started.  However, after an hour of searching online I cannot find this type of yarn anywhere.  Any suggestions would be so much appreciated.   Smiley

I just wanted to post up some more of my more recent tattings...

This one isn't finished yet, but is the center part of a much larger doily I am working on.

This link shows what it will look like once complete (which will be months from now I'm sure).

A bit late in the year for snowflakes, but I think they are lovable in any season, doncha agree?

The one one the right became a little distorted because I used tube beads instead of seed beads and the extra space taken up stretched the pattern sort of funny.

All your positive comments have made me feel warm and fuzzy.   Cheesy

Yay, this is my first posting of a project.  I'm a tatter (lacemaker) and today I made a tatted beaded button medallion.  It doesn't even look like lace anymore with all the extra frills, but I thought it looked pretty.

Color is misrepresented (the beads are actually violet), but you can see the sparkle:

Here is a better show of the color:

I know this isn't much, but it's a start.  I'll post my somewhat more impressive projects when I get to them.  Thanks for looking!
